Meet Dr. Coreyann Poly 

 As Director of Business Development, you probably met Dr. Poly early-on after receiving a demo and having all your questions answered about how SSD's dietary solutions
can help your company.  

Dr. Poly, a Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Educator and Certified Medical Exercise Specialist, has 20 years of experience in medical and community nutrition. She has been a longstanding Simplified Nutrition Online user who has often recommended the solution to colleagues in need of a dietary management tool that will best support their organizational needs. She received her doctorate degree in Medical Nutrition Sciences at Boston University, School of Medicine. Over two decades, she has served Medical Centers and Continuing Care Retirement Communities including Extended Care Centers, Senior Centers, Assisted and Independent Living Communities by providing accurate and reliable nutrition information and education for all adult and older adult populations.

Meet Stephen Bennett

Steve's the one that negotiated your contract and moved you onto the Onboarding Schedule.  But he's also the Co-Founder and Chief Information Director of Simplified Software Development, the company that developed SNO.

While directing Simplified Software Development, Stephen Bennett is the chief technology architect of Simplified Nutrition Online. He has a history of designing, developing and delivering business solutions for small and medium sized companies, often referred to as the SMB market, as well as for large organizations such as Mobil Oil, NASA, Pratt Whitney, and Brunswick Defense Systems. Using technology’s most advanced Web Services programming methods, Bennett and the SNO Development Team have created a suite of strategic, full-featured dietary and nutrition management solutions that can be accessed over the Internet
at  cost-effective prices.

Meet Sandra Novella

As Director of Clinical and Customer Service Operations, Sandra met you early on in the onboarding of your facilities.
And she and her team will be with you
through every step of of your training and support. 

Sandra is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist with a strong science foundation having received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fairfield University, Fairfield CT, and her Master of Science in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Connecticut, Storrs.  She has extensive experience conducting regulatory compliance and peer review audits of facility food services and clinical nutrition and dietetics services. Sandra is also a seasoned health and wellness speaker providing education in a variety of work and community based venues.

Sandra was introduced to SNO as a user in 2008. She immediately realized SNOs value toward achieving the clinical goals, positive outcomes, and cost savings realization that were central to her dietetics practice. Sandra draws from the experience gained over her career for the benefit of our customers now as SNO's Director of Clinical and Customer Service Operations.

Meet Trey Fitzwater

As Director of Support Services, you'll get to know Trey very well.  He will train you initially, and then oversee your ongoing questions and help-desk tickets.  

Chef Trey has over 20 years’ experience in the hospitality food and beverage industry. This includes venues such as country clubs, restaurants, college campus, and hotel hospitality and foodservice management, corporate chef services, and most recently, healthcare culinary management.  He received his BS  from The Citadel in 1996.  His dynamic background has lent him expertise in several corporate areas including innovative networking, payroll processing and tracking, national corporate sales,  HR team selection and management, effective budget reduction and adherence, catering sales, and experience in opening new facilities.
